Certified Bowenwork Practitioner, E-200 RYT, 500 RYT, LMT

Bowenwork is a comprehensive series of integrated movements which create a refreshed communication between the brain and body, as the client often sinks into a state of relaxation.

Wholistically, addresses the musculoskeletal, myofascial, neurovascular, lymphatic, and internal organ systems;
Manually, gentle yet dynamic signals are sent to the brain to assess tension levels in the body, stimulating mechanoreceptors to balance the muskuloskeletal system in the direction of increased symmetry;
Energetically, removes blockages to return chi/prana/free flow of energy in the body; and
Autonomically, activates the innate healing mechanisms within the body. When the body's nervous and energetic systems are in balance, its physical, emotional, and mental functions are able to return to a healthy state.

Bowenwork is very effective for relieving pain and addressing a wide range of conditions from acute injuries to systemic and chronic conditions. People with migraines; painful neck, shoulders, wrists, ankles, feet or back; scoliosis; TMJ discomfort; respiratory, digestive, reproductive, or emotional dis-ease; as well as many other conditions, have experienced profound results with Bowenwork.
