Students often ask me what should I do at the time of Eclipse or what should I supported to feel. My answer is always same, I say to them "just be mindful". No need to do anything, not worry, just show up who you are, but mindful way. However it's great time to do cleaning, clear the clutter in the closets or clean bath rooms where usually we don't pay attention. And the best time to do a self pumper, go to massage, take good care of yourself!

Recent trip to Hollywood Bowl Los Angeles, CA to see Tony Bennet. At his 90th birthday concert. He was vibrant and full of life. I thought of myself if he is 90 yo then I still have so much time to grow and shine. Be healthy and have a passion in my life, and appreciate everything and everyday. I can do it, you can do it and Let's do it!

Both Calm and Stillness may sound like the same things, but actually they are very different and that we need both.
My experiences, Calm as creating perspective and mindfulness while something happening emotionally reacting.
Stillness, is to me as focusing something and sometime creating a clearing, emotionally and physically clutter-free space.
