We all know finding the perfect mat can be very difficult - so I thought I would share this information with the Harumi Yoga community: https://www.consumersadvocate.org/yoga-mats
Cherry blossoms, also known as Sakura in Japan.

Tied to the Buddhist themes of mortality, mindfulness and living in the present. In spring, it is blooming time, powerful, glorious and intoxicating, but tragically short-lived — a visual reminder that our lives, too, are fleeting, our own passing time on earth with the same joy and passion? Why do we neglect to revel in life when it can end at any moment, or in the grace surrounding us everywhere cherry blossoms remind us, to pay attention.
Enjoy be in the moment!
Drinking up the clouds
it spews out cherry blossoms –
they scatter and it dies
unable to resist
they fall in the dreams
of sleeping beauty.
-Yosa Buson (Japanese Poet in 1700’s)

It’s good time for reflection, renewal, and set intention to move forward. Make a commitment to these intentions and watch them and I hope they become the reality.

Happy February, LOVE your BODY and LOVE SELF!
A shortest day, longest night. It’s wonderful time to get in touch with your soul and experience solitude. Be in silence sometime tonight you can hear the truth. It’s the good time to practice yoga and meditation in the longest night!
This busy and fast moving time of the year. I love spend sometime totally alone every day. Even just 5 minuets getting away from it. It’s inportant. Have a peaceful and loving Day!
